Eva has been a valuable part of the Sequoia team since 2000! She has an incredible 16 years of experience working with wild animals - some of which include mountain lions, eagles, bears, wolves, porcupines, giant Indian fruit bats and binturongs, just to name a few! After receiving her Animal Science Degree at U.C. Davis, she worked as an animal trainer for four years at Marine World/Africa USA, then worked at Wildlife Associates where she raised & trained wild animals. Eva keeps very busy when she's not working; she has been a part of a band called the California Repercussions since 1982! She has played both tenor & baritone saxophone with her band-mates all over the bay area and even in numerous foreign countries. Her menagerie at home include three cats, a chameleon, a chinchilla, a tarantula, several Beta fish, and a tree frog. Her two children take after their mom when it comes to musical talent - her son Eric attends UC Davis and is a talented drum player, and daughter Roxy plays the trombone, and is also very gifted and passionate about robotics.

Jennifer started at Sequoia in the mid 2012. She was born and raised in the greater Chicago area, but headed straight to California after graduating high school making her a bay area resident since 1995. Jennifer found her calling working with animals in 1999, and hasn't steered away from the field since. When she is not at Sequoia or at home spending time with her daughter Darlene, she can be found enjoying one of the many great outdoor activities offered in the bay area. She particularly loves hiking the coastal trails in Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz.

Before coming to Sequoia, Angela took a 2 year hiatus to go back to school and to get married to her husband Brian. In her free time, Angela loves reading. Her literature of choice is SciFi/Fantasy. She also enjoys playing some online video games, practicing her newfound archery skills, and spending time barbecuing and hanging out with her family. Toni is a Bay Area native. Her career working with animals started back in her Sophomore year in high school, where she found a job at a local animal hospital. There she did everything from cleaning kennels to reception to assisting the Veterinarians. As a little girl however, she had always wanted to train or work with Killer Whales. So, she attended the Exotic Animal Program at Moorepark College and earned her AS in Exotic Animal Training & Management. After college, Toni worked at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom for 17 years as a Marine Mammal Trainer, where she worked with Pacific Walruses, California Sea Lions, Pacific Harbor Seals, and Dolphins. She finally decided she wanted a change of scenery, and has been part of the Sequoia front office team since 2017. She spends her free time with her young Border Collie, Mater, who keeps her on her toes and keeps her training skills sharp!
